I’ve recently worked with Autistic kids in a house facility , so I would be cleaning , organizing, and cooking. I worked at Dunkin overnight , mainly deep cleaning utensils , or ice machine , wiping walls , mopping , cleaning bathroom , wiping windows & Running cashier & cook. I can travel at least 50 miles . "It breaks my heart to write this. We have used Liberty Air for 10yrs for both our business and home air units. They have always been without issue. I called them out about 4 or 5 days ago and they said he didn't know why it wasn't working but he said there was water in the pan, so the drains maybe needed cleaned. Well, $500 later, it just isn't working. So I call them out again. The second guy catches it within a min literally of being there. He said both our units had hair clogged in both and they really needed done. Well that'll be an additional $900. I was extremely upset. I didn't have the first $500 more less an additional $900. The only thing they offered was not to charge the service fee to come out that second time. I am furious. We have been VERY loyal and we are honest people. I wasn't expecting free $900 worth of work, however to not even admit fault or offer any discount for the work they should've done and caught day 1 day one is unacceptable. I am a small business and when we are in the wrong we make it right. Do not trust these people."
