Magnetic sweepers assured that no old roofing nails were left on the ground or in parking and walking areas. Advance warning to remove cars from garages before re-roofing to prevent damage by falling debris. Continuous work on the job till completed, except. Worked unit by unit, removing old roofing in the AM and completing deck and eave prep and new roofing installation before leaving in the evening, so as not to leave a bare roof deck overnight. Supplied several well-trained, efficient, safety-conscious, courteous crews. Thereafter, a separate crew replaced gutters and downspouts, extruding gutters on-site to precise length. Lyster did all detailed work required by the contract. Impressed me and the other board members. Our manager had used Lyster before to re-roof a similar one of his other properties and recommended Lyster."

"I chose this company because they'd done a neighbors' concrete and they were pleased with the experience and the sealant that was used doesn't change the appearance like most do. <br />   When I first contacted them they were booked ahead with big jobs. They could get to me by mid-June, but would fit my job in earlier if possible. They did, several weeks earlier. <br />   They cleaned my driveway, personal walk and patio, public sidewalk, and curb. Special care was given to the highly dirty/mildewed areas. I pointed out some decorative border stones and a repaired area that would be fragile and he took care to not damage those (or anything else).  <br />   They discussed whether the water-based or solvent-based sealant would be better given the age of my concrete (and the tendency to mildew). The solvent-based was used with special attention to those areas prone to mildew. <br />   They kept me well-informed re: what was being done and what I can expect going forward. <br />   I'm LOVING the clean look and also seeing water just bead up on top!! <br />   I didn't give an 'A' re: price, but it may have been competitive re: what I had done and the products/tools used. "prepped all areas - moved and covered all furniture and appliances and also covered all floors, took down curtain rods, and hardware, patched all walls, caulked doors where seams had cracked, painted all trim and doors too.  Painted all rooms and ceilings. Attention to detail is awesome and goes above and beyond to point out little things here and there and make sure everything is done right.   Just one example: made special trip to store to get a door stop for us that was missing.  Even hung a couple of new light fixtures for me which was a big help, especially light in 2 story foyer.   Very clean - cleaned whole area before they left each day.  Punctual and pleasant to work with. <br />"
