"Installation went well, floor looks nice. Contacted Cody for warranty work. I've found 2 areas so far that delaminated. Cody didn't inspect the issue in person and he said wouldn't perform the warranty work without charging additional fees despite all the promises I was given at the time of purchase. His customer service skills suck. I will not recommend them to anyone and I will insist on someone when dealing with the company."
