"Installation went well.  The were able to start the install before anticipated, set the posts on Friday and finished on Monday.  The crew was professional and courteous, they asked where they could put the soil they dug out, asked how low the fence needed to be (to keep a small dog in), and even spray painted the stainless steel hardware black to match the fence.  Another quote I got that was higher was using galvanized posted and were driven in the ground instead of in concrete.  I needed one gate adjusted and Tom came out himself to make the adjustment.  All was just how you would expect a business to operate."

I know nothing about fencing and they were easy to work with and answered any questions I had, and had great answers for problems (like how to put the fence up against my weirdly shaped house). We have a large roof and it took 5 days. The only issue we have is not with Iossi directly. The company that delivered the supplies cracked our driveway and we were told by that company that they will fix it but after a couple of phone calls we still have a cracked driveway ."

"I called several fencing companies to come out and give me advice and an estimate of costs. Creative Decks and Fence was the only company who returned my call. I spoke to an employee and she said the owner would come by on Thursday. The next day the owner stopped by on his way home from completing a job. He was nicely dressed despite the heat, personable, spoke on my level and walked the fenced yard with me, offering suggestions and letting me know what he could and couldn't do for us. He calculated the cost, said that he and his crew could finish it up that day if I would like. He returned to his shop, and the crew followed him back to our house. They worked for a couple of hours, I paid them, and they were gone. The work is perfect, their attitudes were very easy, and I cannot be happier that they were the company we hired. He had to go buy a part, but even so had the job done within a couple of hours. Fan looks great and works perfectly. Have saved his number in case other jobs come up."

"They did an excellent job you would never know there was a door there. <br /> <br /> **UPDATE 7/9/2015** They were supposed to come back to seal the door off. I called them three weeks later and left a message but did not receive a response so I called them another time two weeks after that. The service provider ensured me that he would send people out to finish the job and seal the door/ make everything flush so all I would have to do it paint. I should have also received a 10% senior discount ($50 on the $500 bill) which I never received. He  said that Angie's List was supposed to pay me the discount which is not true. I felt that was poor professionalism and poor business. In the end, he didn't finish the job and it doesn't look like he plans to finish the job."
