Our screens have to come off to wash the Windows, and I've heard they can be difficult to remove, but he took the time to figure them out and show me the "screen locks" needed to use to work the screens."

"Terrible! Only used Chambers because Whirlpool sent them my service request. Had to leave my mom with tech in so I could return to work, so I wasn't even there to find out what was wrong BUT told him to call me when he knew something. I got vague blurb of the problem and my mom saying he said he broke something on the unit!? Took 3 days and me calling office twice before tech finally called me! And NOWHERE on the paperwork does it state that HE caused more damage to the unit than the original problem!"
