"It went very well. After a bit of a wait, I received a very comprehensive report of 88 specific items as well as bacteria, fungi and particles. Each Item detected over the EPA drinking water limits had an explanation sheet. Also provided was a contact person at the company to address any questions you had about the report findings. I thought the service was well worth the $300 just for the peace of mind. I intend to use the company on an annual basis going forward."

"We had water back-up in our basement and didn't know if it was sewage or just water back-up, since we had recently had lots of flooding in our area. The technician explained that since our house had sat empty for 2 years, all the sludge in the pipes settled at the bottom, and needed to be cleared out. We shouldn't have this problem again. He explained what the problem was, and what he was going to do in order to fix it. And then - we forgot our checkbook, and only had $117 in cash on us - and our total was $145.00. He was just going to accept the $117 and be done with it, but we insisted that we'd pay the next day. This was a great transaction, and we will definitely recommend this company to anybody that needs a plumber. <br />"

"Our central air has not worked for approximately 3 years; over which we have had 3 service calls attempting to locate the problem. Each time they were never sure, but put freon in, lasting only a few weeks, with slowly declining pressure. So, we got by with a window unit. However, this year has been horrible with heat waves, which led us to one last try to see if the problem could be found. This time I checked Angie's List for someone in our area and chose and quot;Price's Heating/AC/Plumbing.and quot; <br /> <br /> I explained that it was our last effort to find the problem; either that it could be fixed or that I needed to invest in a new unit. I didn't expect anyone to come immediately since the heat was horrible -- HOWEVER -- (Steve) was at our door in a couple of hours. What a blessing. Well....part of the problem was found, but not all. Again, I called Price's Heating/Air again to see what they thought about additional troubleshooting. <br /> <br /> Next day, Russ was at the door (with gobs of tools, big smile and positive attitude!). I showed him around and away he went.............. While he worked, I mentioned a problem our home has sometimes had with shaking from nearby rail road tracks (that is, trains hauling heavy loads on worn down tracks). And, guess what. He is not afraid to listen to a woman offering strange information that requires him to think outside the box. Well,... he did,... and.WE did find the problem!!!!! What a guy! <br /> <br /> P.S.
