"<p>It went fantastic. Scot's initial visit explained the process to us, gave us an estimate and showed us the available colors.  When I called him to confirm our decision we set a date a couple weeks out (2 days) and confirmed the price.  That week he called me and said there was rain forecast for the weekend and they start a day early - sure.</p> <p>Scot and his crew showed up promptly on the morning scheduled and backed their trailer into my driveway.  They were totally self contained, they even used two portable generators to provide their own power.  Scot and two other men seemed like a very experienced crew.  Scott explained each piece of the process to me as they progressed.  They were paid upon completion and acceptance.</p> <p>Besides being a beautiful surface, I was very impressed with the group's professionalism.  Each of their large grinders had its own dust collection system, and their clean-up was thorough and complete.  And the little touches meant a lot.  They brought the flooring up the garage walls three inches so it looked like matching molding (we had never discussed this, they just asked me when they got there if it was okay-it looks great).  They also finished the edges of my decks on their own, a beautiful touch.  </p> <p>I couldn't ask for a more positive experience or a better result.  I will recommend them to anyone.  They even gave me a squeegee to clear the porches after a rain. "Robert at Mindset Construction did an excellent job on each of the 3 projects I hired him to complete. He first constructed a new deck, the deck is beautiful and the job went perfect. <br /> He then installed a new wood privacy fence, again attention to detail and the quality of his work is great. <br /> Finally he installed a new concrete sidewalk from the garage door to the new deck. The sidewalk is perfect, like the other projects he completed for me, the quality of his craftsmanship is great. <br /> Robert always kept me informed of his schedule, he was always on time each day he was scheduled to work,  he was very easy to work with, and his prices are competitive in the market.  I would absolutely hire them again and we are starting discussions for another project. "We started with a walk through and my pointing out the different areas to be painted. He was very helpful pointing out other things that needed attention. We were cleaning the house for the purpose of selling and he said he knew what to do to make the house attractive to buyers (he was recommended by our realator). <br /> The list of projects got longer and longer with his offering to do many of the additional projects for free. Over the time of the work what was being done for free and what had been contracted became very blurred. The house took longer than expected but that is due to all the additional work. The cost was close to what was profected but some of the things I wanted to have done weren't and many of the projects suggested done but not to my total satisfaction. By the end of the work I just wanted him to be finished so I could get on with what had to be done in order to sell the house. <br />"
