"I went in to the showroom and spoke with Kevin about what I was looking for. He very thoroughly explained the various options in shower doors that they could provide. Based on my rough measurements, Kevin quoted me a price range ($100 between low and high end). I scheduled a field measurement, which occured several days later. Doug was right on time and we talked about how
high up the shower door enclosure should go. We decided it should be 6 inches higher than originally estimated due to the height of the shower head. The final price came right in the middle of the original estimate, even with the additional height.  (I used an Angie's List discount which they were running.) The opening is wide (50 inches), so we went with a 26 inch shower door and a 24 inch solid stationary glass structure. 
The install was scheduled for two weeks out (could have been a day earlier but that didn't work with my schedule). The installers showed up right on time and did a great job installing it! No problems at all; the whole experience went very smoothly.
I had gotten one other quote, which was basically in the same ballpark, but that company was not able to provide the door as quickly.

"We called Cady Handyman Services and a pleasant gentleman discussed our deck project.
Cady Handyman scheduled one of his service tech to come out the follow morning.
The tech arrived promptly at the scheduled time with a friendly ready to fix our problem attitude.
We have raised nails and screws on our deck that always seem to reappear during winter months.
These raised nails and screws made snow removal just horrible.The Cady tech recommened that we remove many of the bad loose fastners and replaced with a new non-corosive styles of screws.
After a complete walk through of our project we were extremely satified.

Hal and his crew were a pleasure to work with. Anytime there was a discretionary call to make, Hal would consult me to be sure he was following my wishes. "YHIC replaced our 35 year old double pane windows with their triple pane product this January. During the 20 below season, there was absolute zero indication through the window temperature of the cold weather outside. Love the transferable lifetime warranty. (Also they replacement roof was installed in the fall. Very efficient process by the installation team over 4 days. They assisted with the requirements of the Leafguard gutter installers by removing the old gutters and also with the flashing requirements provided by the Radon system company. "We had a great experience with Justin and his crew. Initially we contacted him to replace some 65yr old windows, and he was the only contractor to bring to our attention that we had hail damage on the window wraps, siding, gutters, and roof. His experience really helped us thru the insurance claim process and it ended up being a huge cost savings for us. "After removing all the cabinet doors, they began prepping the outside of the cabinets. And then began cutting and gluing, which is a white laminate, to the outside.  Their application and cutting were very precise and very well done.  All doors and hardware were attached.

Next they proceeded with the countertops.  Since we were not installing granite, just new Formica, they were able the remove the old Formica and then lay the new on the existing base.

They then proceeded to install the new garbage disposal, double sink and faucet set.

The product is holding up very well.  I was a bit leery of going with white, but that's what I wanted, and I am extremely pleased at how easy it is to keep clean.  It still looks brand new!

We have nothing but praise for Sears and their personnel.  The saleslady was extremely helpful in guiding me to make the right choices.  As I said previously, we are also very pleased with the installers.  They would be welcomed into our home for more work if needed.

They did a complete and excellent cleanup, including hauling away the old cabinet doors for disposal.  Overall, I think the job took only two (or three) days.

Overall we are extremely pleased with the job.  Not only has it added value to our home, but it has added value to our enjoyment of our home.  

Price wise, they were over two other estimates.  However, those were individual contractors; we weren't able to check them out. The extra we paid was well worth the security we felt by dealing with a well known company and knowing if a problem occurred, they would make it right.  The difference in the estimates was only about $2,000.00."
