"I called on a recommendation and was given a very quick appointment. I figured with all the busted pipes in the areas that I might have to wait longer than I did. I called on a Friday and was given a Monday appointment (a holiday for many of us). They called when they realized they were going to be a bit late. They set up all the equipment to detect a leak and weren't initially finding anything until we wondered my property and discovered a whole set of lines and an above ground faucet that we didn't even know existed. They capped it off so that it would start leaking but let me know that I would need to get it fixed or capped off lower in order for it not to freeze again. I was impressed with their professionalism and I felt they went above the call since the capping off was not part of the initial request but they felt that they should and could since it was within the timeframe we had agreed upon. "Very well! Bobby was easy to work with and got the job done. He provided advice on the type of water heater (electric/gas/instant) and the size for our family and usage. We are very happy with the results and haven't run out of hot water yet!"

"We had them replace our rear deck about a year ago, did a great job. Posted a review here on that job. They did some external wood trim on the upper patio to tie things together. They pressured washed both decks. The new rear deck is a single level. The front deck has three levels. Were very clean during the pressure washing and ensured that no mess was left behind after. They stained the rear deck and made sure that everything was covered and sealed completely before starting. After they sprayed everything was cleaned very well. They spent a lot of time making sure that the siding on house was clean and free from any stain. After they painted the front after prepping the area completely. Gave the deck two coats of solid color stain. Gave the top deck a third coat because they were not happy with just two coats. Cleaned everything up and left nothing behind. Overall great job again by them and are planning on having them remodel our bathroom shortly. <br />"

"<p>I called, promptly got a personable, knowledgeable associate who immediately provided contact information for their Tallahassee Servicer</p>  to inspect/repair, or to make a decision ( with my input ) to replace the whole unit with a new one. This primary servicer was unavailable ( "Labor Day Vacation" ) so, "Complete" ( Amy ) immediately gave the OK to use "anyone of My choice". This choice of  Servicer ( unfortunately, I had no immediate access to Angies List, so an unknown/yellow pages search ) led to a poor result the following day; removal of the microwave door, with the promise to analyze the problem(s) and determine/report repair cost to both Complete Protection and myself, per protocol. This self-chosen company ( after my persistent calls to get back to us ) offered to repair the door unprofessionally (with used/make-shift parts ). I reported this to "Complete"( about 9/6,  Associate Paul ), along with other microwave facts ( e.g., age of unit, cracking of plastic grills ) who, without hesitance, agreed to authorizing their re-imbursement of $250 toward the purchase/installation of a new microwave( covering my "out of pocket" cost completely). Amazingly ( but not amazing with this Client Centered Company ), my Complete Protection Check was received "before" the new appliance arrival! I wholeheartedly recommend Complete Protection, not only for their unique coverage paradigm( e.g., no contracts, 24 hr. live associates, use of customer recommended servicers, where applicable ) but for their personable/knowledgeable Associates, seemingly facilitating a built-in ( yet sincere ) Client- friendly model of helpfulness. A very rare find. <br />"

"The estimate process went great, we've really been impressed with the sales folks they send out. He was very flexible about timing, and spent quite a bit of time preparing the documents. We ultimately did not hire Drybasement to remodel the basement because the estimate was considerably more (to the tune of about $52K), including creating an egress window somewhere along the foundation - an expense we did not take into account. While we did not choose to move ahead with Drybasement on this project, we do still have our sump pump serviced by them and would not hesitate to recommend them to others."
