"I prefer this type of service where a group of people come in, do their job quickly and efficiently, then leave. Lisa has done a great job training each of her crew members to do their own job well. When they leave, my house is like I want it to be. Lisa is very professional and is customer oriented. It is important to her that her crew does a good job and she leads by example. I am pleased with this service."

"It went very well. Very professional and thorough cleaning. I would recommend this service company."

"They re thorough. I like everything really clean and with all the dogs and dov hair, thought I could ask for s cleaning service . But I have not regretted the decision AT ALL"

"This service was very professional . When I moved to another house they did a move out cleaning and did a great job! I highly recommend this service for regularly cleaning as well as for special service projects such as Spring cleaning and move outs."

"I needed my fridge desperately cleaned. Serene Lux exceeded my expectations. I had the honor of getting the owner to clean my fridge. She traveled out here, and I was honored. She threw away all old food ( and asked me each step of the way) so I was always informed. So, she took everything out and cleaned each drawer by hand and the inside of the fridge. It looked like a brand-new fridge. I've never seen someone do that before. She also cleaned off every condiment bottle. Truly amazing. I can't wait until she expands her service to San Antonio. This company will prosper, and I will gladly support it."

"They were okay. I had a vacant house to be cleaned. They showed up on time but didn't greet me or tell me how they wanted to get started. They basically just came in and got started with no more then a hi. One out three ladies that came was good. The others missed a lot so I had to keep inspecting their rooms. But the one lady that was in charge was really nice about it and walked each room with me so they knew what needed to still be done. I would recommend if you are home to inspect as they get each room done because at the end of the day my house still sparkled."

"Maid was very thorough and attentive. She asked a lot of clarifying questions and was forthright at all times, no need to monitor work. She was on time and kept to agreed time range."

"I've only had the initial service, and it was a positive experience. The person who cleaned our home worked smart / hard and spoke positively about Merry Maids, which I paid attention to. I've never used a service like this before and our home was a disaster (2 working parents & a toddler). I'm looking forward to the many benefits of having this service over time & appreciated receiving our very first service. Thanks Merry Maids!"
