"I met Bes Tex by luck as the sub contractor to Lowe's for a roof replacement which is pending the install. During the on-site inspection for that install, I cited many of the issues I know need repair. Bill with Bes Tex understood my goal in replacing the roof was to arrive with at the end of the project with new skylights and the rotted exterior of the chimney repaired. Bes Tex bid on the rebuilding of the chimney and sourced the skylights. The job Bes Tex performed was according to specs and their customer service was excellent. The crew was customer service oriented, making sure it was going as I expected and complying with my request to see the interior integrity of the structure before replacing the exterior.
