"I am so pleased with my home improvements done by JP Construction! They replaced crumbling siding with Hardie plank and painted the exterior. They power washed our limestone and it looks like new. They basically rebuilt our exterior fireplace as much of the interior wood was rotted. They relocated our master bath window, installed a new one, and replaced our patio door with one we'd bought, all in conjunction with the siding and painting work! It was almost seamless. I got bids from 4 companies and JP was very competitive. He came out and discussed the work, educating us in the process. The project manager Mike scheduled our work and was quick to respond to my calls or emails. I cannot say enough good things about the hard- working crew led by Carlos! My day job is commercial concrete construction, and my wife will tell you I am a little "type-a" about my stuff. We got pricing from 3 top rated contractors for Hardie siding in Austin. The list came straight from the Hardie website and through reviews/ratings on miscellaneous platforms. Paul worked around my schedule to come by and prepare a quote. The pricing was very competitive compared to other quotes we got. He explained how they operate with the different phases and told us what to expect throughout the construction. He was not pushy at all which was a major plus. Once started, the crew kept the work areas very clean and were careful with our plants/grass. Paul, Kevin and Ryan were in contact regularly and I could let them know of any issues I had. Any issues I had were quickly addressed. "THE WHOLE JOB WAS AMAZING!! THANKS!! We had been wanting to get new windows for years, but the prices were ridiculous. Then Rick called, we agreed to let him come out and give us a price. We were skeptical when he quoted us a price, we had to ask twice about it being the full cost. We have a log home so the main thing was that we could keep our inside and outside trim, all the other companies said it would have to be replaced with their product. And again, the price was so much less than any of the others we had priced. Then came the installation, the crew he sent out was amazing, they went above and beyond to make sure everything was the way we wanted it. With a log home things are a little different and they made sure that everything was just right. Everything cleaned up when the left. The real test came this winter, with our old windows wind came in all around them. No problem this winter no wind, nice and cozy."
