I went from a fireplace that was damaged and unsafe to use, to feeling confident I now have a safe, usable asset to my home that I regularly enjoy. It was a battle from the beginning with my insurance company and HearthMasters saw me through the entire process encouraging me not to give up because it was a cost that should be covered by insurance. When I felt like giving up, Marge kept me from doing so and I am so grateful for her help and encouragement. After a long battle, the insurance company finally did the right thing and covered the repair cost.
