"From start to finish First Fence was responsive & clear. They walked the property to discuss what we wanted. Made some suggestions for a better outcome, then sent an agreement with all of the details for us to sign. We paid a deposit in order to secure our time on their schedule, then paid the balance after the fence was installed. They also removed & discarded the old fence. All completed in one day. I really want to give 4.5 stars. A half star off for the length of time it took for them to come back and replace/adjust the gate, as the wood warped and it wouldn’t open. That took a month. All fixed now."

This company went the extra mile and did so with a smile in spite of challenges encountered during the installation of the backyard privacy fence. Lots of granite rock to dig through and engineering a solid, beautiful gate while working with existing chain link and 60 yr old concrete. The crew was very professional and respectful, nice hardworking young men. The fence is beautiful and they made sure all work materials and debris were fully removed. "In April 2024, one of their guys ran off the road and trashed my fence. The owner was so apologetic and vowed to rebuild it beautifully. It took a few weeks for him to free up his schedule, but he repaired it close to what it was before, 5 1/4 boards and all. (*deck boards last longer than 1x's on a horse fence - especially when diagonally braced properly at each section as mine was.) Now the rockwork is also being repaired. I will be sure to post lots of before and after photos so you can see the quality of work these guys do. No stock photos, the real deal!"
