"Contracted with them at the end of December for new entry/storm doors. It'll be a couple months, great, fine. (little annoying the "remeasure tech" was HOURS late but whatever) Got a call mid February, doors are here, we'll be there 02/24 to install. Again, great, fine. They show up, on time, said they wanted to re-measure to make sure everything was to spec. Um, ok - why wouldn't it be? They ripped off all of my door trim/casing and sat in their trucks for *90 MINUTES* without a word. Came back: "we have a problem". The brickmold is a quarter inch off - the manufacturer (ProVia) has a software problem and even though we gave them the correct measurements... blah blah, whatever. So, wait two weeks to get the corrected brickmold. Fine, stuff happens. 03/05! Called them 03/06. Guess what? STILL WRONG! No apologies, no anything. Wait two more weeks, no biggie, this is the way stuff works. March 20 it is! NOPE! Cancelled again! Now April!"

"System installed 2 years ago. Tore out of wall. They advertise 24/7 emergency repair. Called for help after trying to fix it for an hour so I could at-least get my car out of the garage. This was a Sunday. Traveling home for holidays on Monday. Texted with Cory for some advice. Which didn’t work then he called me to try to help. Obviously at this time I was getting frustrated and panicked. Asked for someone to please come help me. And he said they don’t work on weekends and I was demanding. Definitely do not recommend"

"The job was promised by the very attentive owner Doug Kropp in 1-2 weeks. He had a crew leader Paul who kept everyone on track and on time. Even though labor day holiday fell in the 2 week period, he had a worker here. All the work was custom and looks as if it was part of the existing now 19 year old home. "Cardinal Catastrophe was the perfect company to take care of the damage to our house following a bad hail storm. We had zero experience with filing this type of insurance claim and Cardinal helped us navigate the process every step of the way. A representative drove to our house and met with us soon after we called and took care of all the necessary paperwork and contact with the insurance company. Our project manager was incredibly knowledgeable, respectful and quick to respond.
