They were clearly a well-trained crew who took great care to minimize any damage to the lawn from transporting removed pavers and concrete and placing the new concrete in our back yard. The whole process was the easiest of any experience we have had with hiring for a project or repair. I would use them again in a heartbeat and definitely would recommend to anyone looking for a concrete project. "Tony and his crew were great to work with. We had a hard time finding a contractor during the fall last year - I don't know if they were really "too busy", or our job was just too small. So, we decided to start looking while there was still snow on the ground this winter. Tony was very accommodating to our schedule and made sure to get to our house for an estimate quickly. The estimate was comparable to others we had received, and we went with Tony due to his reputation and responsiveness.
We kept in touch via text message, which we really appreciated. Tony was quick to text us back whenever we had questions. We agreed that we needed to be notified the evening before work would commence, realizing that volatile spring weather makes it tough to schedule dates in advance. When we got a clear day, Tony let us know, and he and his crew showed up at a reasonable time in the morning, and completed the job by mid-afternoon. The job site was clean and we were happy with the experience.
We were very pleased with the level of service. And, now that the tarps have been removed and we can drive on the driveway, we think it looks GREAT and it's so nice to have a smooth driveway again.
