"Lots of delays getting started and lots of excuses. Some issues came up after installation and it was impossible to get a return phone call for months on end with many more personal excuses. There are places where the fence is nearly 6" off the ground which would be a huge problem if we had a small dog. The gates look very rustic and cheap. We received a 2% discount at the end but that won't come close to actually fixing the issues. Would not recommend to my neighbors."

"We contacted Chuck to remove a brick patio that had problems and replace it with a Trex deck plus benches. The cost of the deck included removing a large stump in the way of expanding the deck and also we had two large yew bushes removed. The size of the deck is 485 square feet and used Trex Transcend decking. They added two sets of stairs off the deck to the backyard. The entire process went smoothly from the initial scheduling to meet till it’s completion. Good communication either through phone calls, text or emails. We were given several options on materials available and prices for several sizes of deck. Chuck also suggested items such as railings which were a wonderful addition to our ideas. The crew were friendly and efficient. All construction work was cleaned up. Our deck was finished in less than a week. We were very happy with the results. We have passed their name on to family and friends."

"Andy & I spent a lot of time discussing issues with the previous fence... rotting posts, wind, section removable, etc. Andy said he could install a movable section of the fence for easy removal, space boards slightly closer for more privacy, install extra (3rd) horizontal board, etc. He then wrote up a quote but did NOT mention any of the above issues. When it came to installing, Shane and Antonio were doing a very good job and very polite. However, when it came to installing the boards they were not closer...Shane contacted Andy who came to discuss. Short of calling me an out and out liar, he said we never discussed any of those issues. He said he could install the boards closer but would charge more. I said I was not paying more. His answer was to put some (very few) boards closer together. In a text he said 2 3/4" to 3". That was his way of trying to satisfy me. I went out and measured the board spacing... they vary from 2 3/4'- to 4". No consistency what so ever. I do NOT blame Shane... he did what Andy instructed him to do. Add the fact they left a big slab of concrete from old post which should have been removed. After a week, it has not been removed (Andy did say he would remove today though). Though the fence doesn't look bad the spacing is not consistent. Also, had I not watched out, the section of the fence that should have been removable would not have happened. Thanks to Shane though, he did make the adjustment even though Andy did not instruct him to do so. My advice: IF YOU USE THEM... GET EVERY DETAIL IN WRITING AND WATCH WAS IT IS INSTALLED!!!!"
