"We have a very old house and a small refinished basement, and so having work done can be a challenge. We are very happy with how our project with Concrete Makeover went. They were fastidious in terms of quality. During the last phase of the project--the epoxy coat--the epoxy didn't stick in some places along the base boards. They applied another coat and fixed the issue without hassle or extra charge. They also came in over the weekend so that it would be finished in time for visitors. We were incredibly appreciative of their response. <br /> Because this was our first experience with a concrete floor and with this company, we had questions along the way. The owner and his son were always responsive to texts and answered all of our questions to our comfort level. <br /> The floor looks terrific. "I meant to write this review a while ago, but I wanted to make sure I did since the work was exceptional. I had hired another contractor to remodel one of my bathrooms, but like the stories that many people have experienced, that contractor did not end up finishing the job. Laz came in, was professional and was always on time. He provided me a fair quote and got the job done. He always came by to check on the workers, made sure things were being done right, inspected the work closely and if something wasn't right, he pointed it out and made sure it was corrected. Even as the work went on, I had some other things I needed to have done in the house, some siding replaced, staining the front door. Everything came out great, and the bathroom was finished and is amazing. I would absolutely use Ebanks again, since when you do find someone reliable and the work is good, you don't need to continue to search. "
