These highly skilled and knowledgeable workers installed a wooden retaining wall along the property line that divides us from our neighbor. By mistakenly removing soil from the uphill side, the neighbor created a potential erosion situation. The retaining wall mitigated this problem. Felix and Felix Jr. were efficient, pleasant, courteous and polite. The retaining wall was installed at the base of the cedar fence that had been installed previously by Ricks Fencing (see picture)."

He was prompt in coming over to our home over a month ago and seemed knowledgeable about the various brands and types of composite decking materials. "We decided on the standard Hardi Plank siding. The project went very smoothly. The employees were friendly and professional. Mr. Dennis King does not subcontract any of his work. The employees who did the work for us were obviously experienced and one I know has twenty years at this work. What really amazed me was the detail work they did.  They went above and beyond my expectations. They wrapped the house in the newest product.  They caulked in areas I would not have expected. They trimmed areas I would not have expected and even replaced a short piece of gutter that was not their responsibility to do.  They cleaned up after themselves each day and made sure that our gates and fences were secure for our dogs before leaving each night.

  After the work was completed we had an issue with one of our outside lights that had been taken off in order to put the siding up.  Mr. King had the light fixed promptly.

We have now used King and King twice (roof and siding) in both cases we were not disappointed.  All work was done above my expectations.
