"He was late for appointment and after one and a half hours I had to call him. He was about 3 hrs late. Once he got here he was quick, professional and his work was excellent. Because it was getting late and I didn't want him to continue after one room was done he said he would come back to stretch the rest of the carpet at second room cost which I thought was very nice.
