"This is the 3rd time I have used Jackson Construction. Dorson is fabulous to work with. He is honest and does what he says he will. For part of the time, I was out of the state and Dorson kept me apprised of the progress with texts, pictures and videos. There was excellent communication between him and I, with text and phone calls and in person conversation. He returned every phone call and answered every text. His job site is extra clean and he goes to great lengths to make sure the rest of your house is kept as clean and safe as possible while you are living in it. He’s especially good at designing the rotation of the subcontractos especially knowing which job comes inext and has everyone lined up and ready to go. I have had so many compliments on the job he did and would highly recommend this company. Would definitely use Jackson Construction again. ...in a heartbeat!!!"

"I Highly Recommend Kent Cannon Enterprises, I hired Kent to provide a drawing and plan for adding a large basement window which would meet code and get us a permit. After having several contractors give me multiple views and conflicting information it was great getting a clear and confirming answer to my questions. It was also very important to me that his answers matched what the county permit office said which was a big boost in confidence after receiving so many conflicting opinions. Kent was also the only designer/ engineer that called me back in a timely manner, scheduled the appointment for the next business day and prepared the plan days in advance of when it was promised. "I know from years of hiring Rod to do any kind of job you can imagine around the house: custom door installations, window treatments, shelves, painting, molding, etc. that he would remodel my bathroom and install new flooring in my bedroom with expertise and for a fair price. I learned something about floor installation having hired someone else lay floors in one of my other bathrooms (Rod was unavailable at the time)--all the things that can go wrong! The guy's workmanship was shoddy. Not only did he cause my floors to buckle, he left the floor threshold incomplete--something that Rod pointed out to me. What a world of difference when Rod installed wood floors in my bathroom and bedroom. The floors lay perfectly flat and the wood planks were chosen carefully so that the pattern of the wood grain looks aesthetically pleasing. Rod's attention to detail and sense of perfectionism is one of the reasons I can trust he will do the job--not only right--but that it will surpass my expectations. Rod's aesthetic sense was also evident when he remodeling my bathroom. He suggested that the windows could really use some design treatment, which would highlight my small bathroom. So I took his suggestion and he crafted a ledge and frame out of the same color wood as the floors, and indeed he made the window the centerpiece of the room!
