Every member of the team was exceptional - from the exceedingly polite, punctual and professional initial on-site estimator to the incredibly responsive back office team who helped me complete my order (and was so patient throughout my many changes) and finally the respectful, organized and hard-working installation team, who completed a very difficult project within two days, working through a late afternoon downpour to finish the job on time. They even came back weeks later to repair a gate-latch at no cost. I sought 4 bids for this project, including from a well-known company where I was a repeat customer, where the other contractors were either no-shows, unprofessional or demanding of expensive prep requirements before considering the project. Integrous is truly head-and-shoulders above their competition!"

"The men who installed the fence worked very diligently and professionally, putting in long hours to complete the job in two days. The quality of their work and of the fence itself is excellent. We had some out-of-the-ordinary areas to fence, and the installers worked extremely well with my other contractors to get the job done efficiently and expeditiously. (We installed over 500 ft. of fence, with two single and one double gate.)"

"The job was quoted. Matt made good suggestions to improve upon our design but gave us the choice to accept or not. No pressure. For example we were thinking of a four foot fence, but he thought five would be more effective for preventing deer. The gate was upgraded also. <br /> <br />Materials took about a month to get in the colors we wanted for the fence and posts. Mid-month Matt called, apologized for the delay and said if we wanted standard color posts and fence, he could start sooner. We said to wait for what we ordered and wanted. <br /> <br />Construction went very quickly with three employees. Matt was very insistent to his people that they must not walk through the garden since it was about half planted when they installed the fence. Clean up was thorough. Quality was also excellent. The job was finished and the bill matched the quote. We are quite pleased with AKA, a company we found solely because of Angie's List. Thanks. <br />"

The crew that came left everything cleaned up at the end of each day and were great at keeping me in the loop on progress. The price was great and the selection of fence options was nice. "Hire these guys! Nick and his crew are fantastic. We have two big dogs, one of which can jump pretty high, and we needed to install a fence shortly after closing on our new house. The terrain around the property is very difficult as the lot pretty much sits on top of a limestone deposit. Working with a crew of 3 men over four days, Nick dug all of the post holes and hand-built the fence on rocky, uneven ground. I think there was only one level spot in the entire yard! The guys said that this was one of the nicest fences they've ever built, and one of the toughest jobs. The estimate seemed spot on for the amount of work and specifications that I was looking for. After speaking with others who have had fences built recently, they paid as much, if not more, for fencing that wasn't as nice and on easier ground to work with. Nick will work with you to get to a price that fits with your budget and design that you were hoping for. He was quick to return emails, showed up on time for the estimate, and spent an hour walking the property and talking things through with me. He will be back in a few weeks to stain the fence and I can't wait to see it all finished. "We Love our deck!! It was custom built by Horizon with flower stands, custom lattice and benches. They also staining decks and gave me good advice on what product to use to finish it since we wanted to do it our self. He also build and installed wooden wide custom shelfs in our walk-in closet. Serge was very reasonable and super nice guy, would hire him again."

"It went fine, however, I was told the job would take roughly 8 hours for 1 person. It ended up being 15 hours, partly with a second handyman. So it was twice as much as we were expecting, and the price is already pretty high. Also, the second handyman brought an extra piece of siding that was not needed. We had already purchased a piece and had it painted, ready to install. So that was an unnecessary added expense. But I guess it's ok as we'll probably need it at some point in the future. What was really weird is that the same mistake happened when we had a piece of siding replaced a few years ago! Overall, they did a good job though, despite the cold weather."
