"The service technician was able to make it to my home a couple of hours after I called for the appointment. He was able to replace the spring quickly and took the time to explain exactly what he was doing and why to my inquisitive children. I appreciated his patience and how quickly he was able to get the job done."

"I got multiple bids for this job.  Metro Fence was the 2nd lowest, initially.  Another guy (Chism Fence, which was well-reviewed on Angie's list, but actually gave up on the work because he said he just couldn't find the time to complete it, and issued me a partial refund, the hardware but not labor), gave me the lowest bid.  Matt Chism had been stringing me along for a month, and I found out that he actually bought the materials from Metro Fence that he was going to use.   <br /> I called Metro back and asked if they could complete the job for their initial quote minus the cost of the materials I bought from them through Chism.  I was kind of desperate to get this done at this point because it was mid-winter and I was tired of taking a new dog out 4 times a day in the extreme cold. <br /> Metro flatly said that they would not deduct what I paid for the materials from the quote.  They said that they have a minimum they charge, and can't go below that for a job.  They apparently can't comprehend that the materials I bought from them that will be used for this job should be deducted from this job.  I ended up paying about $150 MORE than their initial quote to finally get the job done. <br /> They were a couple weeks later than promised, and did not honor my request to let me know when they were going to be there to do the work. <br /> Finally, they left the dirt from the post holes spread around in random piles, making for a lot of mud in the rain and killing the grass underneath.  I happened to stop home for lunch the day their unannounced install was taking place, and asked about the dirt then.  The workers stated that it is Metro's policy to just kick the dirt around and spread it out.  Seems pretty unprofessional to me to make a big, potentially destructive mess and not include clean-up in the deal. <br />"

From the very beginning, we were informed of each step along the way of the bathroom remodel, the time it would take and communicated the process throughout. Missi took into consideration the elder members of my family who will need help in and out of the bathtub and installed grab bars, which will be so helpful! Our bathroom window had an issue with water, and Missi Construction went above and beyond to repair it. We highly recommend Missi Construction for any home remodel. Just the floor insulation installation was additional $400, so the total cost was $500. Quick response and installation. "Job was done well. Owner arrived promptly to discuss the job, provide options and provide estimates. Installation experienced a bit of delay due to holidays and weather - which can be expected. Removal of old fence and installation of new took place over 3 days. Job site was left clean each day and at the end. I replaced a white wooden picket fence with white aluminum Kestral picket. I’ve gone from maintenance nightmare to maintenance free! The new fence looks beautiful and I’m already getting lots of compliments."

"Mr. Burnett was well informed regarding handicap requirements and made sure the work was within the handicap guidelines. I provided electricity and Mike brought all necessary equipment and materials. He disposed of all the trash materials and replaced my garden ornamentation when his work was complete. He was pleasurable throughout the experience and even changed my kitchen lightbulbs!!"
