"A little miscommunication on the start date but the crews worked very efficiently and quickly. Was expecting it to take longer but they got the new fence up in short order. My dogs were VERY glad to have their yard back! Still missing the caps for the posts (backordered) and two of the latches only would lock from the outside. Was told they would replace them with an alternate latch but not heard back yet on either issue."

"Our Projects both went great! The deck project involved tear off of the old deck and hauling away the lumber and clean up. Everything went great on the project from installation of the new posts to the composite decking and new railing. The workers were always on time and they always did what was planned and were very clean in picking up after themselves. We have used the deck for 1 year and could not be more pleased. The painting project was the same way as the deck. They needed to replace some cedar siding and do some caulking before painting. Everything was excellent and it looks beautiful now and I am sure will last for many years. Thanks everyone from Natural Breeze. We will have you back for future projects."

"Pros:  <br /> Found rotten subfloor in Bath 1 and took tub and built-ins out in order to replace <br /> Installed drywall behind tile in Bath 1 - the surround had been attached to studs <br /> Found some termite damage on one floor joist and reinforced it <br /> Itemized estimates and invoices <br /> Easy to get ahold of <br /> Cons: <br /> Did not successfully repair the LR window (it leaked the very first time it rained) and I had to argue with him to get back only $200 of the $600 charged for the LR work so I could replace the window. <br /> Drywall beneath LR window was poorly done <br /> Took much longer than estimated - many days not on site or only one person working <br /> Additional work to replace Bath 1 subfloor much more expensive than anticipated <br /> Didn't tighten the new Bath 1 bathtub drain enough and it leaked in the basement <br /> <br />"
