Shopping for different brands of siding from different installers can be overwhelming, and to be honest, vinyl siding wasnâ t on our radar as we checked options like hardie plank, PVC and composite siding from all kinds of manufacturers. It seemed like each quote from different installers was higher than the last, and many of those estimates excluded things like replacing gutters, which were removed in the process, or reconnecting exterior lighting, which would probably send the total cost to about 3x what we ended up paying. "Roof was 25 years old and was due for replacement. I also had old LP fiberboard siding that needed replacing in some sections mainly the chimneys. The rest was ok and I couldn't see spending the money to replace it all. George Keller did a terrific job on the roof and worked with me to match the LP siding using James Hardie siding. Carl the estimator took his time gave me a detailed estimate with pictures showing all the sections of siding that would be replaced. George Keller had done other houses in our neighborhood and one neighbor, an architect, used them, so that speaks to their reputation. I would highly recommend them. They are very efficient and neat and will finish your job in a day or two."
