At any time, you can show him if you are not satisfied and he will 100% fix it to your satisfaction. He is a professional roofer with 26 years of experience and he's a very friendly guy. He is one of the most honest people you will meet. Kyle is also a perfectionist and keeps a very close eye on his crew and gets on the roof with them and works as hard as they do if not harder. His crew is very professional also and no one goes without a shirt on the job site nor is cursing allowed. He also brings a porta potty to the job site and removes it when they finish. They are very thorough and lay down material to catch the debris and nails. When the job is complete, they even do several trips around the job site using a magnet to find nails. "This job included a 32' x 44' pool deck connected to an 11' x 22' outdoor kitchen area, and both are connected to a 16' x 32' back patio, all done in stamped concrete. <br /> Corby was always on time, the job took the amount of time that Corby projected it would take, and when he was done the job site was clean and we could not have been happier with how it looks. Stamped concrete is MUCH more stable than pavers (they don't build homes on foundations made of pavers) and we had many choices of stamp patterns and colors. Corby helped us with the selection of stamp pattern and guided us in regards to placement of the drain and grading of the concrete to ensure proper water runoff. During our discussion of colors, Corby on several occasions pointed out the slight hints of colors that that I could not see in the sample panels that my wife could see but I could not (I am not good at matching colors) and Corby guided us to select colors that went together well, all the while asking many questions about our color preferences to ensure that we were choosing colors that not only looked well together, but were colors that we liked. <br /> Corby does good work. The decks drain well, look great, and judging by the 4 year old stamped concrete patio tha we have in front of our home, last much better than pavers. <br /> This is the second stamped concrete job that we have had done by Impressions Decorative Concrete. The 1st job was a small patio in front of our house, about 15' x 18', that is now the envy of the neighborhood. <br />"

"Because they do such an excellent job, they stay booked in advance, so don't expect them to be able to begin the day after the estimate.  My wait time was 5-6 weeks after the estimate.  My first contact was with Tammy, who came out to do the estimate.  She was prompt, courteous and very knowledgeable.  She emailed me the estimate either the same day or the next day.  She then scheduled a second appointment to bring me paint samples and assist me in choosing colors.  I can't say enough about how helpful and understanding she was.  <br /> Once the work began, the crew was always on time, very professional, answered any questions I had and they went out of their way to assure an outstanding result in everything they did.  They were completely finished with the entire project in 4 days.   I have used several paint contractors in the past, and Mike's is by far the best.  Once they finished the job, they had me walk around the entire house with them to be sure everything had been completed to my satisfaction.  I am very detail oriented and tend to notice even small flaws and in my opinion, they did an excellent job.  I have absolutely no reservation in recommending them and will definitely use them the next time I need painting or pressure washing at my home. <br />"

"I have used this company three times with amazing results.  There are only about 3 companies in Sarasota who know how to properly handle terrazzo floors and this is , in my opinion, the best. I am an investor who buys foreclosed homes and often have to deal with severely scarred terrazzo, but I love those floors and will always save them whenever possible. NO floor can compare in a Florida house.  Rembrandt is THE ONLY company who I will ever use for Terrazzo floors. He knows exactly what needs to be done and how to get terrazzo back to the glorious glossiest best it can be. That said, one's expectations have to be realistic. You cannot get EVERY little scar out- that's not going to happen. But he always lets you know what will definitely come out and what are maybes. TJ has repeatedly performed some terrazzo miracles for me (floors that I NEVER thought were salvageable) in remodeling homes and I would not hesitate to recommend him to any and all looking for the terrazzo expert in Sarasota, hands down the best. And yes, like all good and busy contractors, you have to stay on top of him at the end to get the details completed but Id rather that than have an idiot ruin my beautiful vintage floors (which I have also SADLY had happen)! TJ does deliver on his promises, he may have to come at 10pm at night to finish ..... but he will always do what is promised, always.  AND if you really need him in a rush, he will reschedule and work nights and Sundays to accommodate you, which NO other contractor in Sarasota that I work with will do. <br />"
