The crew came exactly when they were scheduled to come and performed the work quickly. When they left each day, they cleaned up after themselves and left the place looking neat. "Crew showed up when they were supposed to.  The office communicated well about whether or not it was OK split the job between two days.  Went the extra mile and fixed an additional that I pointed out I was having trouble with.  Workmanship is excellent - fence is gorgeous.  They cleaned up and took away all the debris. Fancy hardware on the gates. You would never know they had been there other than the pretty new fence instead of the old rotten one.  Could not have been better, and would definitely do business with them again. <br />"

"I was happy with the quality of the work that he did. I just had two fence panels that came at six feet. I bought three of them, and he made them twelve feet tall. I just thought that he did a good job putting it up. He and another guy put it up; they worked together. I paid $270 to him, but I bought all the materials. It just took a long time because he would say he could do it next week. The next week would come, and it rained or he was at a place where they wanted him to do more and things like that, but I came to expect that with contractors."

"Vincent showed up right on time, and when I said they were both small problems, he said, "nothing is too small" -- an attitude which I love. So many times we have called in contractors who think the job is too small and don't want it. This is the second year in a row I've had Vincent to my house for repairs, and I'm amazed he can do so many different things. <br /> He has a ton of tools and parts, and was able to go into his truck and find the right equipment for our job without going out and extending the engagement. <br /> I had another project that involved painting and he recommended that I use my regular painter as it would cost me less. <br /> He's competent, knowledgeable and an excellent diagnostician of household repairs. No "minimum service call" charge, not even minimum one hour, which I feel it should have been as he came to the house. "Phil walked through the large home/Band B with us, taking copious notes on repairs or upgrades to be done ... giving equally focused attention to each item on the list, no matter how cosmetically obvious or mundane most might have appeared. He gave us a professionally presented written price that was not just reasonable - it was very reasonable. He and Al came back, on the date and at the time agreed and put in two full 12 hour days with trim installation, painting, plumbing, installing a cement lip and believe me, plenty more. The time spent and attention to detail stunned us. Then each area addressed, when the work was done, was carefully cleaned up/swept and tarps were laid out to avoid foot prints ... I should interject that it rained the entire time they were outside digging dirt and pouring cement. <br /> I would hire them again without hesitation and recommend them for jobs large and small. I was so pleased to have such incredibly competent and conscientious contractors in the area. This is a pages of happiness review (as soon as I find that button). <br />"
