The crew came exactly when they were scheduled to come and performed the work quickly. When they left each day, they cleaned up after themselves and left the place looking neat. "Crew showed up when they were supposed to.  The office communicated well about whether or not it was OK split the job between two days.  Went the extra mile and fixed an additional that I pointed out I was having trouble with.  Workmanship is excellent - fence is gorgeous.  They cleaned up and took away all the debris. Fancy hardware on the gates. You would never know they had been there other than the pretty new fence instead of the old rotten one.  Could not have been better, and would definitely do business with them again. <br />"

"I was happy with the quality of the work that he did. I just had two fence panels that came at six feet. I bought three of them, and he made them twelve feet tall. I just thought that he did a good job putting it up. He and another guy put it up; they worked together. I paid $270 to him, but I bought all the materials. It just took a long time because he would say he could do it next week. The next week would come, and it rained or he was at a place where they wanted him to do more and things like that, but I came to expect that with contractors."

"Vincent showed up right on time, and when I said they were both small problems, he said, "nothing is too small" -- an attitude which I love. So many times we have called in contractors who think the job is too small and don't want it. This is the second year in a row I've had Vincent to my house for repairs, and I'm amazed he can do so many different things. <br /> He has a ton of tools and parts, and was able to go into his truck and find the right equipment for our job without going out and extending the engagement. <br /> I had another project that involved painting and he recommended that I use my regular painter as it would cost me less. <br /> He's competent, knowledgeable and an excellent diagnostician of household repairs. Everything he did last year is still fixed, and I expect this year's "fixes" to be the same. <br /> The best news? He charged me for a half hour! No "minimum service call" charge, not even minimum one hour, which I feel it should have been as he came to the house. "One day water started leaking from my ceiling under my up stairs bathroom of my 100+ year old house. I called Maine House Surgeons they promptly came over and went to work on a solution. They found when the original plumbing was put in, some of the floor joist had been cut for the pipes and one of the joist finally broke. Allowing the floor sink an inch or two. We went and picked out new linoleum and materials. By end of the day they had the bathroom put back together and working. They even got the bounce and squeaks out of the floor. All in one day and for around six hundred bucks! <br /> <br />"
