"Although the repairs needed by Isaac Holden and his crew were on my roof, so I was not able to see the work being done. I took a leap of faith and trusted that Mr. Holden and his men did what was prescribed in the estimate I was given. Fix/replace two roof vents & collars. Lay ice shield and reflash, waterproof and silicon cement around roof vents, as well as around the smokestack collar. Replace shingles pulled due to repairs. Paint smokestack with Rustoleum paint to prevent further rust damage and staining on existing roof. The estimate price was fair for the amount of work to be done and Mr. Holden was on the job 99% of the time his men did the work to his satisfaction,as if it was his home; instructing them on doing it correctly. That spoke volumes to me. I would hire Isaac Holden and his crew again."

"I HIGHLY recommend Florida Professional Roofing Services. I needed to have flashing around the chimney repaired on the home I just bought. The listing stated the roof was new in 2019. The roofers who installed the new roof never changed the flashing, and it was now leaking. The flashing, sheathing, and trusses now needed to be repaired. I was hoping this would be done before we closed. After multiple phone calls and conversations, it was apparent that the roofers had no intentions of coming out to fix their mess. We closed on September 11th. 2023. In desperation, I reached out to find a roofer. I called Jesus at Florida Professional Roofing. He came out the same day and gave a reasonable estimate. He worked for 2 days doing an excellent job. He provided me with before and after pictures of his work. He is very thorough and pleasant. I HIGHLY recommend him."

If a dumpster is used, consider an alternate location other than the driveway depending on the age of the concrete. Cracks will happen with all the weight of the dumpster and old roofing material. Secondly, be vigilant with the cleanup. There are large amounts of nails used in the process and many reach the ground. Stepping on a roofing nail in your flower bed can t**** the whole experience. The contractor does an OK job of picking up nails, but you as the customer should search for them as we'll.
