"Dan Sly sub-contracted the job, and these contractors were plagued with equipment failures to where they would start one day and have a piece of equipment fail and would stay a half day and show up two or three days later with another piece of equipment and that would fail by lunch, and this cycle went on for a couple of weeks.  Then Dan Sly would used his own people to finish the work, and they would end up getting their Bobcat tractor stuck and spent a couple of hours getting it out, then would pack up and tell me they can't come back until there is no rain for 6 weeks before they could get their equipment back in there without getting stuck.     Since this time, Dan Sly informed me that those gentlemen have since been fired for poor performance, that said, one of his reliable workers did come back and finish the job and was very respectful of my wishes and finished the job nicely.  My feeling is that if Dan Sly brought his own people in from the beginning, we may have not been fraught with these problems, and the lower rating are reflective of his sub-contractors performance and not  by Dan Sly..
