The products that were delivered were custom even by their standards as my wife had the salesperson flipping back and forth through the catalog to mix and match all sorts of options! He was extremely pleasant and the price quoted was the price. It seems high, but if they stand behind the "lifetime of the house" warranty, it is worth it. The product that was installed is high quality and I am pleased with the installation. Santiago took time out to explain things to me and make sure I was satisfied at completion. I would hire them again for any project we had! They also painted the high vents to match the siding of our house. The gutters were 5 inch seamless ones with hidden hangers.
