I had this done before any molding went in. As he progressed i was beginning to think I might not need to. I am very picky about seams, having hung wallpaper professionally, but these where perfect."

"Not Reputable - Says one thing, does another. Gave me quote, and then started work and asked me again what I wanted and then forgets what you told him. Then starts work and sends his "Guys" who don't speak a word of english and you cant communicate with them. Tried calling him to confirm he will make deadline as another job was due next day and he starts getting Rude by telling you what he promised and it is clear he is nowhere near finishing. Then the day they are to be finished I see the floor not grouted and he was to be done 5pm that day, and I called him at 3pm to say, I guess it won't be done today. He gets rude again and says 'Is it 5pm yet", I said, you are going to grout and clean floors in 2 hrs? OK see you at 5pm. He calls me an hour later and says , it won't be finished today, it will be done tomorrow. I say I thought so, and why dont you just admit it? _ Thats because he was never on site to see the work, he takes the money and thats it. Next day he shows up, place not cleaned, washer and dryer in middle of room and doors off and not back in place. He then argues that he gives you a great price, so you should do the cleanup. Finally, in order to settle up, he has the nerve to ask for more money because he didn't understand what Tiling every room but the Bathrooms mean? He said had to take out some tile in kitchen in addition to the carpets in whole unit, and that that is extra. I said I told you everything but the bathrooms! He still insisted he is owed more even though nothing in contract specified this. I gave him a Check and said take it or leave it. Miraculously, check was cashed next morning! I would never Use this guy and warn everyone who is considering this company. You are in for a headache."

They worked almost non-stop for a week with exceptional dedication and perfectionism. We liked that owner Brandon Flaherty was often on site, and that the gentleman who did most of the work, Tom, has been with him twenty-five years. Along with Justin, their pride in their work, and their work ethic, really sets them apart - and we say this after having worked with countless contractors while renovating two houses in four years. They were very fair in pricing and took great care with our home. As someone with asthma, I was grateful that they were meticulous about sealing areas off and while sanding always used a bag to capture wood dust and send it through a HEPA vac, leaving our house with almost zero dust. Best of all, we're thrilled with the end product - our floors are SPECTACULAR. We highly recommend Flaherty Floors!"

"Matt is skilled and knowledgeable about flooring; he found the wood planks to match the old flooring before proceeding with the repair while other contractors told us they are no longer available and we must replace the entire room! The replacement materials he found are identical to the original, we appreciate his extra efforts! The finished work is so perfect that gives the appearance as if no damage had ever occurred, Amazing! He’s on time, neat, precise with his measurements, and very thoughtful, he cleaned up after each task. To top it all, he has a very pleasant and genuine personality that we enjoyed his presence each day! Will highly recommend him to our friends and neighbors without any hesitation!!!"

"Awesome! I called 4 different tile companies on Thursday March 21, 2019. Oscar was the first one to call back and actually had one of his people come to my house within 20 minutes. Other companies finally called back. Their prices were at least $1500 over what Oscar quoted me. They also told me it would take 4 to 7 days to complete. His crew showed up at 9am on Friday the 22nd ripped up old tile replaced it by 3pm. I've never seen anything like it! They came back on Monday to grout it. They did a beautiful job! I would hire this company again in a heartbeat!"

"Jacob was professional and easy to work with through every step. He was excellent at communicating with us. The floors turned out much better than we expected. They are 111 year old wood floors and he made them gorgeous again."
