There was never any daily work getting done, weeks and sometimes months would go by before the next milestone was met. To summarize, if you want to pay everything up front, to be gaslit the whole time, have material delivered from Home Depot and go weeks without progress, have to call and text your contractor daily just to get something done, and the work that is completed is below subpar, then you know who to hire. In the end we had to pay someone else to finish the job Jimmy couldn?t do and before they started, we had our township?s inspector do a courtesy walkthrough and informed us everything that was wrong and needed to be fixed. Please save yourself the stress, time and money and look elsewhere for a contractor who won?t take all your money up front."

"A+++! Mason initially beautifully repaired a cracked and water damaged ceiling for us before we put our house up for sale. Fortunately, we then had immediate buyers and the sale progressed quickly, but of course we had a few things to have repaired in order to get a clear CO and to accommodate inspection repair requests. This included some electrical work, stair repair, roof repair, support beam repair, wood rot repair, among a few other items. I appreciated being able to count on Mason for a quick response and fitting our repair into his schedule quickly so we could meet our tight deadlines to inspectors and buyers. His prices were reasonable and his work was clean and of high quality. He was responsive and very nice - truly great to work with. We also appreciated his electronic system for estimates, invoices and payments. I highly recommend him to everyone and we will absolutely be calling him for everything needed in the future. Can't say enough good things about him!!"

"The contractor did a horrible job. They shingled over vents, damaged the chimney, installed non-fire rated plywood where it is code to install fire-rated plywood, and damaged the facia trim at multiple locations as they were removing the original roof. It has been 9 months since they completed the work and the repairs are still not done. Most important, the owner, Paul Snellen finally got engaged after 9 months and agreed to meet me at my home. The week before the meeting, the roof leaked and damaged the ceiling in my bedroom and I informed the company. Paul came to my home and walked out on the meeting without even checking the damage being caused by a roof leak. I think is very telling of the integrity of this company and of the owner, Paul Snellen. He walked away from a customer where he hasn't completed the work on my home and left me with a leaking roof. Not only did he walk away, but he sent my account to collections. I hired another contractor and they found that the seam was installed improperly. I will never use this company again, nor do I recommend them. Please feel free to contact me as I can provide my details and have pictures to substantiate all the above."
