He delivered and installed the cabinets and provided two beautiful quartz countertops. I will follow-up with him for some additional items when we return next fall. As soon as they got home and checked the door he realized the door was mounted incorrect, and there was a gap between the doors. they unmounted them and changed the locks and fixed the weel, it now open and close perfect. "More than half windows were wrong size, to big gaps between windows and walls,frames. Looks like 2-3" on each sides... The walls around frames are not ready for painting like was agreed. They told me , it's ok just buy some glue to glue some parts of peeled wall, fix and sand all , than you can paint!!! Teims are not evenly done too. See the pictures. I was thinking they did fix that but no... as many other... The big hole that was made on a drywall was just dumped bunch of the mud.. no drywall or anything as a back support. I just wanted them to be done.. was to stressful to look. Manager Rafael was very rude, arrogant and talks over you all the time. Didn't want to listen to any of our concerns, just saying all over .. everything is perfect. Honestly better buy windows at home depot and have someone instal them, it will be cheaper $10k +. These windows are not made by measurements to fit my openings, as they said. I did address this few times, but no one cares!!!! Manager is just protecting the company, and they do not care about customer!!! Not sure how they can have many positive reviews with this unprofessional work and behavior!!! NOW I NEED TO PAY SOMEONE ELSE TO FIX ALL THIS!!!"

"I had Chimney Cricket out for a quote. The workman was very knowledgeable and I was ready for them to perform the work. They entered my home, reviewed the fireplaces, and told me how they would fix them. After that, I called and called. I called the gentleman who came to provide the quote. He couldn't help me. I called the office again and again. They said they would get me a quote. One never arrived. I had another company come out and repair the problems while still waiting for Chimney Cricket to continue the engagement. I finally got a call from the office (after I had had the work done) and she said she was following up on the quote. The quote they had never sent. The workman seemed knowledgeable, but I took the day off and let workmen into my house just so that I would spend time chasing them and STILL never receive a quote. If they cannot even get me quote, what are the chances they would show up to do the repair? Or follow up if something went wrong?"
