"Some of the negative problems a mess was left big chuncks of concrete under my furniture some stuff wasn't covered properly. Something very sentimental to me got broke i got told 'm sorry that happened they were told to becareful due to breakable items. They offered to come back & clean up all the mess that was left & fix some other issues. The two guys who came back for my concerns were very nice & respectful & addressed & fixed the issues. The installation team was very friendly as well but was the ones that left the mess & broke a item of mine I've had for 10 yrs. So very heart broke over that. Now just waiting to see how my basement holds up when it rains heavey or for days at a time."

"The crew did an outstanding job and completed the work in two days. When the representative came for the walk around I pointed out a couple of deficiencies with the trim. He assured me it would be taken care of right away. The mistake I made was paying him then and there. The promised trim has never been finished even after several attempts to resolve it."
