"I have used them several times and their technicians do great work. However, their bookkeeping/ accounting has recently had some serious issues. If you pay by check be very diligent and make sure your check is endorsed, deposited and presented to your bank for payment. Apparently they prefer to be paid by credit card but I do not pay my bills with a credit card. What a totally unnecessary hassle they just put me through."

"I have always had very positive experience with them. They are very professional. I have had them do things from eliminating snacks to bee nests. They even dug out dead mouse out of my dryer vent."

"I would give zero stars if I could! Do NOT hire this company. My husband hired them to replace a toilet. The quote was $280 (I thought that was a little high, but I am not a plumber so I had no idea if that was a fair amount.) When they arrived, the toilet we had gotten was a 12 inch rough-in and was too large, so we needed to get a 10 inch. I told them I would go that evening and get the right size and asked if they could come back tomorrow. Before leaving he said that he had to charge me for what they did today (removed the old toilet) and said it would be $212.93. I asked "How much will it be tomorrow?" and he gave me a total of over $300. I was STUNNED. I could understand adding $100 for coming back because the toilet was the wrong size, but the price now to replace the toilet went from $280 to well over $500?? I told the guy, you won't be back tomorrow." I will YouTube before I call that company again. (Also they wouldn't break down the new toilet so I could box it up to return)"

"I had a flood for the first time in the crawlspace and basement. I called Regional Foundation & Crawlspace Repair to come out. They wanted 27K for crawlspace encapsulation, that was too much and I could do most the work myself. I instead paid them $5,000.00 to bury a geodrain and install a triple safe sump pump system. This is the job they did, they installed the sump pumps at the 3rd to lowest point in the crawlspace and this geodrain goes back and forth from uphill to downhill. The lowest point still allows water to flood downstairs. They also cracked a chunk of my foundation at the point of sump pumps egress. Outside they just threw rocks on ground were the water comes out and can get back into the ground to reenter the crawlspace. They got 1 star because the people were nice, their job was not. Update as of 4/23/2024 they contacted me and said they wanted to make sure everything was good. A Girl and guy came out and noticed a couple things I didn't and said they would fix it that their company does not do work like that. They dug up all the previous geodrain and moved it to walls, tried to level out the drain and changed the location of the pumps and the drain outside. She had a really good work ethic and never took a break. The guy was on the other side of house and think he did good too. Everything they did looked professional and looks like they fixed everything. They had to come back today to finish the work today, but had three of them. It all looks good and they tested everything. They apologized about the old work and were not sure went wrong, but I don't have a negative view of the company now and am satisfied with the work they did. Just nocking one star for the under trained individuals that came the first time, the second crew was great!"

"The process was quick and easy. I just provided a water sample. It was determined that I had high levels of chlorine in our drinking water. I was able to solve my water problems with only one filter. Why did I wait years to have this done? Now I can be confident that our water is safe. Highly recommended."

"Very upset. Paid a small fortune for it not to be done correctly. Was told they would return in 6 weeks to reshim. They didn't show and I had to call and schedule an appointment for much later. The appointment was rescheduled by them for a day I was out of town without telling me! Was told when they finally came out that it was not done correctly and they would be back in six weeks to do some more work. No show again. Now waiting for them to call back to reschedule! This has been going on for 8 months. Floor is still sagging. Cracks in walls and ceiling from not having level floors. Ridiculous. I DO NOT recommend them at all!!! (the guys that worked on the house are nice, though)"
