"This project was competed in a timely manner, only two days from start to finish. Special attention was given to flashing around the two chimneys and installation of two new roof ridge vents. The crew cleaned the work site thoroughly upon completion of the job. No debris was left behind. Both the sales rep, Ryan Whitlock and the owner, George Davis, provided commendable service. Mr. Whitlock kept in close contact, providing status updates with frequent communications by telephone, email and several on-site visits before the start of the project through to the end. Mr. Davis explained the work thoroughly, both verbally, in person, and in written quotations. He also communicated changes to the originally specified materials and provided a thorough inspection of the work after it was done. I had an excellent experience with all this company's representatives with whom I had contact."

"Due to major snow falls this year, our roof had approximately 4" of snow/ice on our roof. I noticed a water spot in the ceiling of our baby nursery, and immediately knew there was an issue with our roof (I had looked in the attic a few weeks earlier and noticed something peculiar). I called several Angie's List approved vendors, and Integrity was the only one available to get out immediately (most were available in a weeks time). Their engineer came out the following afternoon (Friday) and provided an estimate, as well as a detailed explanation of what is going on with the roof and what he is planning on doing to fix it. His quote was very affordable and he was able to complete the work the following Tuesday (this means he was able to complete the job before others could even bid it). He arrived on time, was courteous, completed the job as quoted. Afterwards, he showed me both the exterior and interior proof of what he completed. We had considerable rain since the fix, and there is no further sign of roof issues where we had them fixed."
