He came out and met with us, and listened well to what we wanted done- creation of a retaining wall, plant installation, a dry creek bed to handle the water, and a small fire pit, with re-sodding of the remainder of the back yard.
He gave us a clear proposal for the job, and a likely start date.  Despite a very rainy summer, he was able to meet that start date.
His on-site team, Josh, Jose, and Ulysses arrived and were very efficient. They were polite, friendly, and respectful of our property, our time, and flexible. They cleaned up every day before leaving.
The project was completed in a timely fashion, and we are totally satisfied with the outcome.
