"Customer service was great! He happily answered all my questions and dropped a quote off at my house quickly. They called me a couple weeks before I anticipated they would be able to reshingle my house. They were quick, clean, and did a great job!"

"Our "only" negative comment about Ground Zero Shelters is that they do not come to a persons residence to give the sales pitch and demonstration. You must go to their showroom or see their product at a home show. This being said, we were extremely happy with the sales experience, reminders and installation of our shelter. They called about 10 days prior to the installation for a reminder, their installers called the day before and the morning of the installation to remind us that they would be at our home at the designated time. They showed up as promised and were completed with the installation in less than 1 1/2 hours time! Thank you Ground Zero!"

"Ernie Haas provided a very thorough examination of our roof which enabled us (after much back and forth with our roofer (DCF Contracting)) to ensure that all necessary and required repairs were made to our roof. Mr. Haas stayed in contact with us for more than a month to ensure that any questions or issues we had were addressed."

"Came same day as called to fix a leaky roof after a hail storm. Showed me the problem areas, put a temporary patch on them, and gave me some good options going forward. Clifford was friendly and professional. Would definitely recommend. <br />"

"They were really helpful and came out right away. The estimate was around $6000. All the other estimates were also around the same amount. I remember that they were super nice and they were the best ones."

"They were very clear on what needed to be done and when finished explained exactly what they had done for the estimate that they originally gave me. I would hire again in the future."

"They had the best proposal as far as being broken down and professional looking. He had samples of the materials that he used. He was very knowledgeable about the material and why we should use that. We don't know about his work or his work ethic."
