The deck used to stick out like a sore thumb in our beautiful back yard, and now it adds to its beauty. Nick was always prompt, professional and easy to communicate with. He gave me a detailed quote and references on the first day. I was very impressed with the presentation package. He was always available to answer any questions or concerns that I had. On top of that, his crew was phenomenal. Hard workers, polite, courteous and very dedicated to building a deck with the highest quality. "David and his crew were extremely efficient, effective, and productive. We were faced with the complete demolition of a 35-40’ long 10’ high railroad tie retaining wall which had deteriorated. DMC removed the entire wall and the shale and soil which had sunk and caused the concrete parking pad to crack and sink within a few days. He constructed a new wall of Normandy blocks backed with stones and gravel, a new drainage system, and finished with permeable pavers which effectively addresses the large amount of rain water we get in the east Tennessee mountains. David always followed up with action on whatever he said he’d do. We would highly recommend DMC Outdoor Living for any large or small hardscaping project."

"It went very well from start to finish. Jose Medina phoned us shortly after we submitted a request for services on Angi. We set up an appointment for an estimate, he came when he said he was going to, his estimate was reasonable, and we hired him to do the work. Just one week later he returned to do the repairs. He arrived when he said he would come. He had all the needed supplies; he took out the broken capstones and mortared in new ones. He cleaned up after himself and took away all the broken stones and job debris. He was courteous and respectful. I would hire him again in a heartbeat if I needed his services."
