"We were pleased at first with the techician and treatment. Unfortunately when it came to scheduling the following visits they did not go well. The second time the technician was very late (which we understand happens) and the treatment was not applied throughtout but like he was in a hurry. The next time they never showed up. My husband called and they said they would send someone out the next week (the earliest they could get someone out). This was also a no-show. My husband again called and asked for a refund of monies paid as he had taken off work twice to be there. The company could never explain why they had not shown up twice nor did they offer any refund. We were happy with the effectiveness of the treatment but the poor customer service has lost our business."

"I had Premier Handyman install a Tesla wall charger for me along with another breaker for it and they were excellent as well as extremely fast! This wasn't the first instance I've used the company and they always do exactly what they say, when they say and at an affordable price for such quality work! "If you need any improvements done, look no further! I found them on Angi's. Out of several companies, they contacted me first. I went ahead and made an appointment for an estimate. He was on time and quoted me an extremely fair price! I went ahead and gave them the go ahead and hoped for the best thinking that the price was pretty low, wondering what the work would look like, especially because our house was a disaster! They had ALOT to work with :/ Well, not only was he extremely professional and showed up exactly when he said they would, but he went ABOVE AND BEYOND!! He noticed that one of our windows wasn't framed in, and even finished that for us! They also noticed mold on our deck and washed and bleached it for us! The work that they did on our house was amazing!!! We were so incredibly impressed with them! I am telling everyone I know about them, including our realtor so that she can put the word out there! Don't call anyone else! Go with The White Tree Painting! Trust me! You'll be MORE than satisfied!! If we ever need anything done, they will definitely be our 'go to'!"

"We feel totally ripped off by Guaranteed Services LLC. We are in talks with legal counsel. They came to do tile flooring and replace a toilet. They used illegal labor that left our floors a mess. We are still trying to clean it up. They are unresponsive when I ask what will remove all of the mortar residue. I also had to hire a professional plumber to come and fix the toilet. They said that it wasn't even bolted down. When I expressed this to Reginald at Guaranteed Services LLC, he did not try to make it right. Just a con that will keep all of your money. "

"Terrible company that does not stand behind their work. The owner Ken is nothing short of a bald faced liar. I had this company do 2 different commercial jobs and they screwed them both up. One they fixed after we chased them for months and the other they refused to fix even after it became apparent that their crew hadn't cleaned or prepped the walls properly which caused the paint to start flaking off within a month or so of the completion date. Ken was full of hot air and excuses and even tried to blame Sherwin Williams paint for their subpar work. They have been paid in full and yet they still refuse to fix their mistake. Classic example of a company that doesn't desire to be in business."
