"I had an unfortunate situation that left my home basically without a front door. As a single mother with two kids, I was a nervous wreck, especially at night with my home not being safe/secure. I had contacted several people but they were booked up for several days. I spoke with Mr. Mitchell and he too was booked out for 2-3 days. We ended our phone call and I was honestly ready to break down bc I was overwhelmed, exhausted, and it seemed like help was nowhere near. But after I laid my phone down, Mr. Mitchell immediately called back. He said he didn’t feel right leaving me and the boys without a door and even though it was late in the day (6-7pm), he wanted to come straight over and replace the door. I couldn’t believe it! He went and picked up the door, doorknobs/locks, hardware, etc and brought lights bc it was already getting dark. He did an amazing job, and I am so grateful for his help.
