"I hired Charlie to replace a balcony at our lake house that was not built properly originally. Charlie performed the walkthrough when he said he would (no one was at the house at the time) and provided me a quote within two days along with a copy of his business license, insurance, and BBB rating (A+). He completed the project on time and sent me pictures of the finished product. He was careful to put the furniture back in the right spots and put felt pads on all furniture feet without me even asking. He also adjusted the molding so that quarter round was not needed. The flooring looks great and I could not tell, outside of the flooring, that he had even been there. I will definitely use Charlie and Handy Chucks for all of my home improvement needs not only due to the quality of his work but also because he is so trustworthy. He did all of the work while I was in OH and made sure the house was locked and the alarm was armed each night. I know this because both are tied to the Internet and I can monitor them from my phone.
