"I really enjoyed my experience with Yankee Home Improvement. They were professional, kind and quick. The initial meeting is the only thing I would critique. We were told it would be no longer than an hour and it ended up being close to 3 hours. The gentleman who came out to talk to us was great and very knowledgeable but there is a ton of information he was required to go through with us. They are also trying to make a sale on the spot so they offer discounts that will expire if you don't make the purchase before they leave your home. I would suggest that potential customers do their research in regards to pricing etc beforehand. Other than that the experience was very positive, they give a great warranty and stand behind their product and service 100%. The gentlemen who installed the windows were quick, careful and tidy.
