"Added gutters, but cleaned out inside of gutters, I had asked for the outside cleaned which are dirty. They said they could do that when I originally called. When they came, they said that they don’t clean outside of gutters. Maybe a miscommunication. For what they did I would give an 8 out of 10. Downspouts not as secure as I would have expected. Unfortunately I wasn’t there when they performed work as they came earlier than expected. Had I been there, I may have been able to resolve some of the issues."

"Robert did a great job. He was not the cheapest but also not the most expensive, his quote fell right in the middle, and I think his pricing was fair. He was very responsive from the beginning and remained involved and available for questions throughout the job until the end. I had my own design in mind to remedy some of the problems that involved running a portion of the downspout underground and away from the yard into a trench in the driveway. Robert was very open minded and listened to my ideas. He took the time to inspect the existing installation, identify the weak spots, and reason through all the details with me. He seemed genuinely interested in finding a solution that was both effective and within our budget. What I really liked about him is his creative thinking and open mind when problem solving. 2 years later the new downspout and gutter design is still functioning well and we have had no water seeping into the house since then.
