Just like with the cleanup, the handyman work was done very well and on a timely basis. This gave me the motivation to get some bigger projects done, like replacing my old windows with energy efficient ones, among other general construction jobs. They met with the window seller to measure and discuss how to fit the replacement windows in my old, not-square window sashes. "They were extremely reactive to the water damage and mold mitigation. The mitigation consultation and work to perform such was very prompt and delivered as promised. Thorough communication and reasonably priced. However, the reconstruction phase was much more frustrating and time consuming. The communication was not as good as separate managers were utilized for the different phases of mitigation versus reconstruction.
