"They did an amazing job - can't say enough how happy we are that we chose to work with them.  This was our first renovation project and we heard all the horror stories of problems with contractors.  Our gut instinct was to place a priority on picking a team that were good honest people that we could trust.  Quality of work was also important, but second to trustworthiness.  What we experienced was the best of both worlds - wonderful, honest people to work with and beautiful, expert craftsmanship.  Furthermore, they take great pride in their work and have a very high standard for any subcontractors they work with.  They amazed us in their ability to work well with subcontractors and scheduling, getting things done on time.  They are also fun to work with and have a great sense of humor.  The costs were fair (all we had hoped for), and certainly lower than some other area contractors we interviewed.  Of course we went over our initial budget (as most house projects do), but entirely because of changes we made along the way after the initial estimate/contract.  They were also not afraid to tell when they thought we might be wasting our money on something or if we could do something just as nice but in a less expensive way.  They are great at maintaining the character of a house - in some of the new work they did, they made it seemlessly fit in to the rest of the older house.  They were also able to reuse a lot of old materials (wood paneling, doors) in the house and repurpose them for other uses - maintaining the same feel and saving on materials cost.  They were also good about checking in with us throughout the building process and giving us cost updates.  As I said before, we give them the highest recommendation and look forward to working with them on future projects."

"I'm recommending Precision Home Care for cleaning and handyman work as well as general construction. I found PHC when I needed an industrial level cleaning at my neglected second home. Heather and her crew were not put off by the size of the job. They gave me a very fair price and their work was excellent. I was so happy with it that I asked her team to do some handyman work. Just like with the cleanup, the handyman work was done very well and on a timely basis. This gave me the motivation to get some bigger projects done, like replacing my old windows with energy efficient ones, among other general construction jobs. The team has been wonderful - fast, clean, skilled and pleasant to have around. They met with the window seller to measure and discuss how to fit the replacement windows in my old, not-square window sashes. The window seller went out of his way to tell me that "my guys" really knew their stuff. I already knew that, but it was good to hear from another source. Heather is the point person. "Mr. John Lapan and his team are an incredible set of people. From the time of the estimate to job completion, everyone was extremely professional, punctual, and neat. Mr. Lapan did a phenomenal job designing a system that worked for my home where multiple other companies failed to do. My wife and I are planning to finish our basement but wanted to ensure that water would not be a problem before doing so and with Mr. Lapan's system, we feel very confident that it never will be. His system wraps around our entire basement nearly over 180 linear feet and is seamless with the existing floor. "The service was excellent! They arrived to pick up the vehicle a day earlier which was great. They delivered the vehicle right to my daughter's door and found a side street to unload. The service was delivered within the time frame given. All of my questions were answered via phone or email and the paperwork was seamless and the price was very reasonable."

"I dropped the two area rugs off at the Plainville location. I was able to do that on the same day I called to make the appointment. This saved me a $30 dollar fee for pickup/delivery. They returned the rugs on the day the rugs were to be cleaned. They also repaired some slight damage to the larger area rug. The upstairs carpeting was done well. It appears to be thoroughly clean. The downstairs playroom rug appeared spotless immediately after cleaned, however as the carpet dried some of the stains have reappeared. It is a very light, almost white, beige. I don't think you would notice them if you did not know they were there to begin with originally. The rug was in tough shape and it looks significantly better. <br /> At the time I called for the appointment I mentioned I had a Valpack coupon. There were able to give me a coupon discount, but I do not believe that it was the full discount of the valpack coupon that I had. <br /> Overall I am happy with the cleanliness of the carpet and will most likely use their services again. I would have really liked to give quality a B+, they would have earned the A if the playroom carpet was spotless after drying. <br />"
