"My husband I contacted three landscaping companies in early February. Out of the three, two took some pictures and answered our questions, but they never got back to us with an estimate. Reggie was the last to meet with us due to scheduling problems. When he met with us, he took the time to describe what he envisioned for our flowerbeds and was able to give us an estimate that day. The project began on May 24th and was completed the next day. The flowerbeds in the front of the house were overgrown and/or dead. Reggie and his employee, Nick, tore out everything and proceeded to edge, plant shrubs and perennials. He also trimmed our dwarf cherry tree, cleaned up the beds and spread mulch. In addition, he also planted four cypresses on our properly line to give us a little privacy. We are pleased with the end result. "I got the initial contract for some light maintenance work but that was interrupted by a flooding of my family room due to a water leak from a broken pipe.   So I extended the existing contract to include the repair of damaged drywall and paneling and the replacement of the previous carpet flooring with a new Pergo laminated flooring instead of carpet.  All work was done professionally and at a reasonable price.  I supplied the materials and Steve supplied the labor.  Due to scheduling conflicts for both Steve and myself the work was not done all in one process but spread over several weeks.  That was not a problem with me. The final product has the room looking as good, or better, then before the water damage occurred.    The final costs far exceeded the original contract work but the amount of work was greatly increased also.   The work I needed to have done initially remains undone but I will hire Ferree's Maintenance to do those projects, as well as several others that I have planned. 
I would not hesitate to hire Ferree's Maintenance again for any project from general maintenance and repair to restoration work. The quality of all work performed was excellent.
