I have been doing this business for 30 plus years. I have references available to confirm my attention to detail, timeliness, reliability, fair and accurate quotes. For cleaning, I prefer to use my own chemicals unless there are allergies, do an initial deep clean and get you on track. For minor repairs, I am able to quote with proper tools. If I don't have them, the customer is responsible for acquiring them. For yard work, I have all my own tools.

"This company was awesome!  I recently purchased my first home, and was initially shopping for a professional carpet cleaning service for my one-bedroom apartment.  I quoted out with two different companies--Big Fish had the best price, availability, and really went out of their way to accomodate my schedule. <br /> I ended up going with Big Fish for the apartment carpet cleaning, carpet cleaning in my new home (3 bedroom, 2100 sq. ft), and duct cleaning in the new house.  They charge $400 for the ducts/dryer cleaning, and $250 for the house carpets (can't find the invoice for the apartment). <br /> I spoke with John (the lead) each time I called and he always responded promptly and with appropriate responses to my questions.  His team was prompt, courteous, conscious of any mess they could potentially create, and up-front with me about how long the service would take.  They even took before and after pictures of the ducts to show how it had changed. <br /> I highly recommend the whole team at Big Fish to anyone looking for services in their area. <br />"
