"The contractor left and did not clean both driveways. He cleaned one driveway and Carport. I called them and they said there was a misunderstanding as to what I wanted done and since I had gone for an appointment I was not there to inspect the job. I called them they apologized and came right back out and did the other drive way. So I will use them again and they did a good job."

I sprayed oven cleaner in the oven and she (according to my husband) turned on the auto clean on the oven. When I checked later, the oven cleaner was still in the oven - NOT wiped out, so I had to do it. I also noticed crumbs on the island. I had purchased an oven cleaner since she said she did not have any and when I got back to the house the oven cleaner and my toilet bowl cleaner had been removed.
